Registration

Complete this Registration Form 

Shockwave charges a one-time Open Gym & Tryout fee of $50.00.  Cash or check (made payable to Shockwave Volleyball Club) payments will be accepted. Please bring the registration fee with you to the first open gym you attend. Once the fee is paid, players are welcome to attend all Open Gyms and Tryouts for their age group!

Players should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled open gym.

Late registration fee is $60 (see registration form for details).
